Internally we provided a high-end managed Wi-Fi solution that has proved itself time and again with many other clients.

MR provide a contract that would cover them for remote support of their Mac systems. The remote support would mean our tech team could log on to our client's systems remotely to make diagnosing any problems straightforward.
