Erasing your data

Important message: All devices which we process will need to be erased completely before the attempted repair. This is to protect your data and a requirement in order to carry out the repair.

Find my Device must be disabled for any repairs, too. It is a requirement from Apple and not doing so will delay your service.

Other terms and conditions

Some older devices or parts may not be available, even if we publish pricing for most of the models.

Warranty covers a defective battery, but it doesn’t cover wear from normal use. If you have AppleCare+, we'll replace your battery at no charge if it retains less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

In certain circumstances we will need to replace the whole device. It happens rarely, but we still need to mention it. As we only work on erased devices, make sure you back them up first.

Unfortunately, we don't have a capacity to offer a loaner device at the moment.
