With our IT as a Service (ITaaS) solution, you can purchase hardware, software, plus a range of services – such as deployment, training and management of devices under one agreement, allowing you to regularly access the latest hardware, software and services and always be up to date.

We call this service MR Subs.

1. iOS developers

   

   Startup with ten iOS developers. Need for powerful desktops to run Xcode, professional laptops for roaming use, iPads for testing and iPhones to stay connected. Buying ten of each would cost over £40,000.

   Solution is our MR Subs. The equivalent of a £40k outlay translates down to as little as £34 a day. You will know your exact quarterly or monthly IT spend, and you can plan your future IT budget accordingly.

2. Design agency

   

   Refresh of Mac fleet for a design agency. Renew five iMac desktop computers, with the flexibility to add additional users and kit without the need for complex paperwork. Buying five high-spec. iMacs would cost over £12,500.

   The solution is our MR Subs. The equivalent outlay translates down to under £2.40 a day per iMac.

3. Architectural practice

   

   Keeping up with the latest BIM and architectural software subscriptions demand the latest OS and graphics hardware. With both office-based and client-facing users, a mix of desktop and laptop high-end workstations were requested. Due to heavy investment, the need to maintain a healthy cash flow was paramount to growing the business. The cost of an outright buy of fifteen high-end iMacs and five MacBook Pro 15” computers would cost over £55,000.

   MR Subs come to the rescue. The equivalent of a £55k outlay translates down to as little as £50 a day. With the extra benefit of payments being fully tax deductible, knowledge of exact monthly IT spend over the next 3 years, with the prediction that this IT cost will remain steady with a new refresh at the end of the term.

4. Photographer sole trader

   

   To provide clients with the best quality prints and a fast turnaround, a photographer needs the most powerful Mac and colour correct display, together with a mid-sized Mac laptop for tethering to a Hasselblad camera when shooting on-site. This solution would cost over £8,500.

   MR Subs will allow the photographer to start the business  for as little as £7.60 a day fully covered.
